Intuit VP and Corporate Controller Jeffrey P. Hank Joins Qualys Board of Directors

Redwood City, Calif. - March 23, 2010 - Qualys®, Inc., the leading provider of on demand IT security risk and compliance management solutions, today announced that Jeffrey P. Hank, who has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Intuit Inc. since 2005 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer, has joined the Qualys Board of Directors.

The Qualys Board of Directors is led by Qualys Chairman and CEO Philippe Courtot and includes: General Peter Pace, former chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, United Armed Forces; Donald R. Dixon, managing director of Trident Capital; Sandra England Bergeron, chairman of the board for TraceSecurity, Inc.; Yves Sisteron, managing partner and co-founder of GRP Partners; and Alex Pinchev, executive vice president and president global sales, services, and field marketing for Red Hat.

About Jeffrey P. Hank

Jeffrey P. Hank has been the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Intuit Inc. since June 2005 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He joined Intuit Inc. in October 2003 as Director, Accounting Principles Group. From June 2002 to September 2003, Hank was an audit partner at KPMG LLP. From September 1994 to June 2002, Hank was an audit partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. He serves as Director of Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union. Hank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Berkeley.
