As CEO of Qualys, Philippe has worked with thousands of companies to improve their IT security and compliance postures. Philippe received the SC Magazine Editor’s Award in 2004 for bringing on demand technology to the network security industry and for co-founding the CSO Interchange to provide a forum for sharing information in the security industry.
As the Chief Financial Officer of Qualys, Melissa leads all elements of the company’s finance organization, including finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury and tax. She brings 20 years experience as a strategic financial executive working with technology companies on areas including corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, financial planning and analysis, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance.
As Chief Product Officer at Qualys, Sumedh oversees worldwide engineering, development and product management for the Qualys software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and integrated suite of security and compliance applications. A core systems and database engineer, Sumedh started at Qualys in 2003, architecting and delivering Qualys’ PCI compliance platform to meet the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) requirements.
As Chief Information Security Officer for Qualys, Mark focuses on driving with industry luminaries and Qualys customers how to improve the security of the current computing environment and build security into digital transformation initiatives. Previously CISO of Fiserv, and with over 24 years of experience leading enterprise security teams, Mark has built and developed effective information security programs for executive management, IT leadership and legal counsel, plus provided visibility into business threats and how to defend against them.
Responsible for all aspects of marketing, strategic alliances and global accounts, Amer has a proven track record of driving company growth in fast-moving technology fields. Amer previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Qualys for thirteen years and led the corporate and product marketing functions.
Rima joined VeriSign as part of its acquisition of Signio, where she served as Director of Human Resources, spearheading employee practices and all other aspects of HR. She also led the Human Resources departments at NetObjects, Inc. and Verity, Inc. where she played an integral role in taking both companies through a public offering.
In 1992, former Colorado Governor Roy Romer appointed Bruce to serve as executive director of the state’s Department of Administration. Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oregon and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
