September 2015
Description: Microsoft has issued their monthly set of security
bulletins with a total of 12 bulletins addressing 55 vulnerabilities.
Five bulletins are rated “Critical” this month and address
vulnerabilities in Edge, Graphics Component, Internet Explorer, Journal,
and Office. The other seven bulletins are rated “Important” and address
vulnerabilities in the .NET Framework, Active Directory, Exchange,
Hyper-V, Media Center, Skype for Business, and Task Management.

Title: Cisco Integrated Management Controller Supervisor and Cisco UCS
Director Remote File Overwrite Vulnerability
Description: Cisco has issued a security advisory for Cisco Integrated
Management Controller (IMC) Supervisor and Cisco UCS Director. Both
products “contain a remote file overwrite vulnerability that could allow
an unauthenticated, remote attacker to overwrite arbitrary system files,
resulting in system instability or a denial of service (DoS) condition.”
Cisco has released updated software to address the detects in IMC
Supervisor and UCS Director.
