Alex Pinchev Appointed to Qualys Board of Directors

Redwood City, CA - June 17, 2008 - Qualys®, Inc., the leading provider of IT security and compliance solutions, announced Alex Pinchev of Red Hat has been appointed to the Qualys Board of Directors. Alex joins a team of industry leaders to help drive the global expansion of Qualys and its QualysGuard® Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) security and compliance offerings.
