Qualys CEO Philippe Courtot to Discuss the Success of the SaaS Business Model at Red Herring Spring 2007 Conference

Monterey, CA - May 1, 2007 - Qualys®, Inc., the leading provider of on demand security risk and compliance management solutions, today announced that Qualys CEO and Chairman Philippe Courtot will participate in the Red Herring 100 Alumni Panel, a keynote roundtable during the upcoming Red Herring Spring 2007 Conference. The Panel will feature past recipients of the Red Herring 100 Award, as well as their investors, discussing and analyzing the steps necessary for startups to become successful.

Courtot will discuss some of the guiding principles that have helped build Qualys from a security-as-a-service pioneer into the market leader in on demand security risk and compliance management with more than 2,700 customers. He will highlight what makes the SaaS model successful from an investor and more importantly, a customer standpoint.
