Qualys Bundles New Scanner Appliance with QualysGuard

Redwood City, CA — September 7, 2004 — Qualys, Inc., the leading provider of on demand vulnerability management solutions, today released a new version of its QualysGuard Scanner Appliance. This new appliance is now offered as a part of QualysGuard Enterprise, Express and Consultant and includes a lifetime warranty valid for the duration of the renewable QualysGuard subscription.

Appliances, which can be drop-shipped to troubled areas and up and running in minutes, include a lifetime warranty valid for the duration of the renewable QualysGuard subscription. The compact, portable design makes it effortless for auditors and consultants to travel with and deploy, yet its standard 1-u form factor makes it ideal for rack mounting.

The new QualysGuard Scanner Appliance is available immediately to customers as a part of their QualysGuard Enterprise, Express, or Consultant subscriptions. An upgrade path is available for existing Qualys appliance users.
