Will Training be offered at ROCON Americas?
Yes, we will have the training on Tuesday, October 13th.
I can’t attend in-person, will sessions be virtual? Will you be offering virtual training sessions?
No, this year’s ROCON and training are live events.
Will any of the sessions be recorded?
Yes, we will be recording some sessions and they will be available on-demand on our ROCON website after the event.
How can I stay informed about the latest ROCON Americas updates?

Can you share more details about the agenda?
We’re still finalizing the full agenda and session selections. The list of breakouts and speakers will be continually updated in our session catalog, so check back often.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The attire for ROCON is business casual. The meeting space can get cold, so please bring a jacket or sweater for your comfort

How much do conference tickets cost?
Attendance to the training and ROCON is free.
If the conference is free, what do I have to pay for?
Qualys does not include the cost of flights, hotels, or transportation, but we do have some tools to help you plan your trip.
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks during breaks are included during the event.
Photography and Recording Disclaimer
By entering or participating in ROCon, you acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur. By your presence, you grant Qualys, Inc., its affiliates, and representatives (“Qualys”) the irrevocable right to use, publish, and display your voice, image, and likeness in any media (including websites, social media, and promotional materials) without payment.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] as soon as possible, and in any event before your first attendance where practicable, with your full name, company, and a recent reference photo for identification, or request that a Qualys photographer take one on-site. Opt-out requests must be received no later than October 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT; requests received after that time will not be accepted. Opt-out requests take effect upon receipt and apply only to content not yet published at that time. Reference photos will be used solely to identify you and exclude your image from event content, will be accessible only to Qualys event personnel and contracted photographers, and will be deleted within 30 days after the event.
Qualys will use reasonable efforts to honor timely opt-out requests but cannot guarantee that your image will not appear in event content, including in crowd or background images, particularly where no reference photo is provided. Qualys is not responsible for recordings made by attendees, media, or other third parties.
Failure to submit a timely opt-out request constitutes your release of Qualys from any claims related to the use of your voice, image, or likeness, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I need a travel invitation letter to attend ROCON Americas, how can I get one?

How are my CPE credits recorded by (ISC)2?
You can earn CPE credits by attending the training and/or ROCON. If you included your (ISC)2 membership number when registering, Qualys will forward your attendance hours to (ISC)2 after the conference.
If you didn’t provide us with your (ISC)2 number during registration, email [email protected] using the email address you used to register, and we will add it for you. Please note that it often takes several weeks before CPE credits appear on your member account.
