When, Where and What

When is QSC24 Americas?

This year’s QSC will be on October 9-10, 2024

Where is QSC24 Americas?

We are happy to announce that we will be at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina located at 1380 Harbor Island Drive

Will Training be offered at QSC Americas?

Yes, we will have the training on Monday, October 7th and Tuesday, October 8th.

I can’t attend in-person, will sessions be virtual? Will you be offering virtual training sessions?

No, this year’s QSC and trainings are live events.

Will any of the sessions be recorded?

Yes, we will be recording some sessions and will be available on-demand after the event on our QSC website.

How can I stay informed on the latest about QSC Americas?

Be sure to check back here regularly for the latest on breakout sessions, speakers, and activities. You can also sign up to receive regular email updates.

Can you share more details about the agenda?

We’re still in the process of finalizing the full agenda and final session selections. The list of breakouts and speakers will be continually updated in our session catalog, so check back often.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The attire for QSC is business casual. The meeting space can get cold, so please bring a jacket or sweater for your comfort.

Registration

How much do conference tickets cost?

Attendance to the training and QSC is free.

If the conference is free, what do I have to pay for?

Qualys does not include the cost of flights, hotels, or transportation, but we do have some tools to help you plan your trip. 

Breakfast, lunch and snacks during breaks are included, as well as an Opening Reception on Tuesday, October 7th.

Miscellaneous

What is the discounted room rate at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina?

We are happy to announce that we’ve negotiated a special QSC Americas rate of $269 per night plus a daily resort fee of $15. 

What does the daily resort fee include?

Unlimited domestic long distance and local calls, high speed internet access, complementary airport shuttle transportation to and from the San Diego International Airport.

I need a travel invitation letter to attend QSC Americas, how can I get one?

Please send your request to qsc@qualys.com.

How are my CPE credits recorded by (ISC)2?

You can earn CPE credits by attending the training and/or QSC. If you included your (ISC)2 membership number when registering, Qualys will forward your hours of attendance to (ISC)2 following the conference.

If you didn’t provide us your (ISC)2 number during registration, email qsc@qualys.com using the email address you used to register, and we will add it for you. Please note that it often takes several weeks before CPE credits appear on your member account.
