The QualysGuard @Customer platform includes the QualysGuard application hosted on the @Customer data center at the customer location. Qualys retains complete maintenance responsibility for the QualysGuard application.
The QualysGuard @Customer data center is fully automated and available to customers 24x7x365. The QualysGuard @Customer data center is built upon a redundant and load-balanced architecture, as seen below.
Qualys provides the hardware for the QualysGuard @Customer solution on an annual lease basis, and retains ownership of the data center hardware. While the hardware is physically hosted at the customer site, the configuration and maintenance of the data center hardware is controlled by authorized Qualys employees only.
