Join us at Yellowtail at Bellagio as we kick off Black Hat 2011 with an evening of cocktails and fine cuisine. Noted Asian fusion cuisine Chef Akira Back, who has been featured on Iron Chef America and The United Tastes of America, lends his signature style to the evening's menu which promises to delight and tantalize the senses. Yellowtail opens out to a private balcony overlooking the majestic Bellagio fountains, where our guests will be able to enjoy a VIP seat to the best water and light show in Las Vegas.
